For Effective way to build business and break into new market and for expansion M/s. Aarsh Die Casting Pvt. Ltd. will now be knows as SS MEGATEK a division of Shree Satya Minerals Pvt Ltd. which is 70+ years old and in the business of manufacture high quality Resin Coated Sand ( RCS) for the foundry industry.
All the machines are automated with sprayer, dryer and extractor.
Company has started Implementation of full automation of existing Die Casting Facilities. Proposed 400+ tons Die Casting machines installed in upcoming year.
Company has purchased 1,74,240 sq.ft. land in Pirangut Industrial Area for expansion
New Product Development Structure
Engage with the customer design centre to optimize the casting to prompt development of products and series supplies.
Initial development and to ensure optimum flow product analytics development and feasible product cost.
Develop the all tooling sets needed for the product development and procurement of quality aids. Trail runs of castings in fully tooled up conditions.
Submission of initial samples. Post the sample approval, PPAP runs and series supplies.
